This box was created exclusively for Gift Library by Iain Burnett, the award-winning Highland Chocolatier, who also supplies high-profile gourmet venues and Michelin star restaurants throughout the UK. Each piece combines premium-grade cacao from Sao Tome with ingredients from the best dairy, apiary and berry farms in the Scottish Highlands.

  • Box includes: Velvet Truffles - raspberry & pepper, chai, lime, chilli, mocha, ginger, orange & clove, espresso, garden mint, dark and milk chocolate. Velvet Pralines - cocoa nib, coffee, orange crunch, dark and milk chocolate

  • Designer

    Iain Burnett, who has become known as The Highland Chocolatier, is an award-winning gourmet artisan chocolatier of rare quality. He has trained under Master Chocolatiers of the Belgian, Swiss and French schools and now creates his own renowned range of fresh cream chocolate truffles, spiced pralines and spectacular chocolate sculptures. His father trained him in the kitchen from childhood to select from amongst the best of Scottish ingredients and exotic spices to create new flavours and textures.

  • Delivery And Returns

    All UK deliveries will be made using either Royal Mail Special Delivery, DHL or DPD. We will deliver to the shipping address you provide on the check-out page. Please note that a signature will be required on delivery.


    Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 days UK (3-10 days Overseas), although it’s often quicker, and costs just £5.


    Express UK delivery (next working day if ordered before 3 pm) costs £10.

    For your peace of mind we offer a FREE UK returns service for any items returned to us in a re-sellable condition (not broken, worn etc.). Please take care when packaging your returns so they arrive back to us safely.


    Simply call +44 (0)20-3080-0530 or email returns@gift-library.com within 14 days after the date of receiving the goods and we will issue a ‘Returns Authorisation number’ and organise a collection for you.


    *For Orders outside of the European Union and over 2kg, in weight, additional charges may apply and you will be notified prior to despatch of your order.
