Thyme at Southrop is a food school with a difference. Newly opened in Spring 2010, and part of the Southrop Manor Estate in Gloucestershire, it is owned and run by Caryn Hibbert. They provide directional education and training in food preparation from growing and sourcing, through to the artful finishing touches.
