    Since 1958 the Guerra family has been creating exquisite objects fashioned from horn, whose sumptuous feel and timeless beauty is revered throughout the world. This is the story of a family of true artisans who are passionate about their craft. Fifty years ago, Mario Guerra and his wife Ebe set up their business in the town of Recanati, today in this beautiful setting surrounded by the most fertile land and overlooking the sea, business is thriving. It is important to note that this is not a production line, but rather like an artist’s studio, albeit on a grand scale. The wonderful quality of life built up by this family is reflected in every piece created.

  • Delivery And Returns

    All UK deliveries will be made using either UPS or World’s End. We will deliver to the shipping address you provide on the check-out page. Please note that a signature will be required on delivery.


    Standard UK delivery takes 2-3 days UK (3-10 days Overseas), although it’s often quicker, and costs just £5.


    Express UK delivery (next working day if ordered before 3 pm) costs £10.

    For your peace of mind we offer a FREE UK returns service for any items returned to us in a re-sellable condition (not broken, worn etc.). Please take care when packaging your returns so they arrive back to us safely.


    Simply call +44 (0)20-3080-0530 or email returns@gift-library.com within 14 days after the date of receiving the goods and we will issue a ‘Returns Authorisation number’ and organise a collection for you.
