Please ensure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to re-direct orders once they have been despatched.

Before we can despatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your payment details with you. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.

Gift Library cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities in any country charge import duty on any item purchased through and despatched by us. The recipient is responsible for paying duty. We recommend that our valued customers become aware of any local charges before placing an order. Thank you for your understanding.

What to Expect

We will provide you with a UPS tracking number for all European & worldwide deliveries.

Your parcel will be promptly delivered to the address provided and will require a signature.

A notification, including tracking number and UPS contact, will be left if no-one is available to sign for your parcel. Several delivery attempts will be made, across a three day period, unless you wish to call UPS directly to rearrange delivery.

Orders placed before 2pm are despatched the same day - except during sales or other busy periods when orders are despatched within 48 hours.

Orders placed over the weekend are despatched the following Monday - with the exception of Bank and National Holidays when orders are despatched the next working day.

All UK standard & next day, European & worldwide deliveries are made using UPS. All London same-day deliveries are made using World’s End Couriers.

Delivery times vary according to country and the delivery option you selected at online check-out.

We work closely with UPS to minimize the potential impact of customs delays on our overseas customers.

For orders which contain multiple and / or heavy items, we will contact you if the overall weight and size of the order dictates that our courier will charge us significantly more than usual. Whilst we will do everything we can to avoid levying additional fees, due the varied nature of our products, sometimes additional delivery charges will be unavoidable. We will not – and cannot - apply any additional charges without first speaking with you.
