What payment methods does Gift-Library accept?
Gift-Library accepts payments by Visa, Maestro, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Solo, Visa Electron American Express and Paypal. Payments cannot be made by cash or cheque.
Is it safe to use my credit card online at Gift-Library.com?
Gift-Library operates a safe and secure policy for all customers using Cybersource and Barclays verification process.
How do I change currency?
To change currency, please use the top navigation panel where you will see a drop down box that allows you to change between GBP, EUR, and USD.
How soon can I get my order and how much will it cost?
For UK deliveries the following costs and times apply:

Do you offer same day delivery in London?
We offer same day delivery for any address in London, for orders placed before 4pm.
What packaging will my order be shipped in?
All orders will be packaged in a DHL box or DHL envelope, depending on the size of the gift.
Do I need to sign for my order?
All parcels require a signature on delivery otherwise they will be returned to the DHL headquarters for 3 days. After this time, they will be returned to Gift-Library.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?
Shipping addresses can be changed after orders have been dispatched; you will need to call us on +44 (0)203-080-0530. Please note: additional shipping costs may have to be applied.
How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?
When an order has been received a confirmation email will be automatically sent out. Payment will be deducted from the customer’s card within 2-5 business days.
Can I track my order?
Customers can track their order online. When the customer’s order has been dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent out with a link allowing the package to be tracked online.

Are you able to accept orders with the UK billing address as a Mailbox?
In the interests of security, we cannot accept any order using a UK mailbox as a billing address. We apologise for any inconvenience.
How do I Return or Exchange an item?
UK returns are FREE: call 020-3080-0530 or email returns@gift-library.com within 14 days after the date of receiving the goods and request a ‘Returns Authorisation number’. Your ‘Returns Authorisation number’ should be written on the outside of the package being returned and print out the documents sent out by email for the carrier. The item(s) must be packed securely in the packaging in which you’re goods were received. There is no charge for returning your goods. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the full amount to your credit/debit card, however, we will not be liable to make a refund if the items are returned to us broken or damaged. Please note Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
For overseas returns: call +44 (0)20-3080-0530 or email returns@gift-library.com within 7 days after the date of receiving the goods and request a ‘Returns Authorisation number’. You will be issued with a FedEx telephone and account number so you can arrange a collection for the return of your goods. Please ensure that you write your returns authorisation number clearly on the FedEx paperwork provided. There is no charge for returning your goods. Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the full amount to your credit/debit card, however, we will not be liable to make a refund if the items are returned to us broken or damaged. Please note Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Is my personal information kept private?
When you register to use Gift-Library we need to know your name, postal and email address. To process an order we also need your payment details: your credit/debit card number and expiry date plus any security details required by the credit/debit card processor. The information is input in a secure environment where your details can only be accessed by our customer services representatives. We use Cybersource and Barclays to process your payments. If for any reason you do not wish to give us your credit/debit card details on-line, you may call our customer services representatives on 020-3-080-0530.
The information you provide is also used by us to communicate with you on any matter regarding your account and our services in general.
We may also use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website use to help us develop Gift-library and our services. These statistics do not include information that can be used to identify you as an individual.
From time to time we may provide some information to customer service agencies for research and analysis so that we can monitor and improve the facility we provide. No personal information is passed to these agencies.
If you opt in to receive further information then we may also provide you with information about special features on Gift-library or any other services or products we think may be of interest to you. If you no longer wish to receive this information, please send an email message to enquiries@gift-library.com, we will then remove you from our mailing list.

1. Your Order
We must receive payment in full for your order before your order will be accepted by us. Once we have accepted your order and payment has been received we will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you an email to the email address provided in your order form [or registered to your account with us]. Our acceptance of your order creates a legally binding contract between you and us. Only adults aged 18 and over are entitled to transact through this site. Anyone aged under 18 is prohibited from ordering goods using this website. By placing an order you certify that you are aged 18 or over.
In the interests of security, we cannot accept any order using a UK mailbox as a billing address. We apologise for any inconvenience.Also, we may not dispatch first-time overseas orders until a credit card statement is provided which matches the billing address. Our customer services team will be in contact should such proof be required.
2. Prices
2.1 The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out by Gift-Library at the time of your order.
2.1.1 All of our prices are GB£, EURO's or USD's. You will be billed in GB£, EURO's or USD's - dependent on which currency you select. If you purchase from outside the UK, currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed to your credit/debit card.
2.2 You may be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website. If we are unable to deliver to your location we will notify you of this by email and invite you to choose a different delivery location [or accept a full refund/cancel your order].
3. Cancellation by you
3.1 Subject to 3.3 below, you may cancel your order at any time up to the end of the 7th day after the date you receive the goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your order nor will you have to pay any penalty. You will have to return the goods to us in accordance with the procedure set out in this paragraph 3. You may not cancel your order if the goods ordered are made to your specifications or are clearly personalized or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
3.2 To cancel your order you must notify us by email at returns@gift-library.com or telephone us on 020-3080 0530.
3.3 Your right to cancel your order is subject to:
a) you’re not having opened the packaging.
b) you’re not having removed the security tag from the item.
c) you calling us within 7 days after the date of receiving the goods and receiving a ‘Returns Authorisation number’.
3.4 If you have notified us that you are cancelling your order, the sum debited from your credit card will be credited to your account as soon as possible and in any event within 5 working days of receiving the returned items PROVIDED THAT the goods in question are received by us in the condition they were in when delivered to you. If you do not return the goods delivered to you, in the way detailed below, we will be entitled to deduct the direct costs of recovering the goods from the amount to be credited to you.
4. Cancellation by us
4.1 We will not accept and reserve the right to cancel any order between you and us if:
4.1.1 we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered ;
4.1.2 we do not deliver to your area; or
4.1.3 one or more of the items you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or an error in the pricing information received by us from our suppliers.
4.2 If we do cancel your order we will notify you by email and will re-credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit/debit card as soon as possible but in any event within 5 working days of your order. We will not offer any compensation for disappointment.
5. Delivery to you
5.1. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery when you make your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and accurate and that there will be somebody to sign for and take delivery of the goods from the delivery service. Please note that items delivered to Brazil, Russia and Turkey may be delayed or potentially detained due to elevated customs restrictions.
5.2.All UK deliveries will be made using either Royal Mail Special Delivery or DHL.

5.3 If your order is returned to us because the courier or postal service could not complete delivery to you for whatever reason, you will be responsible for the additional delivery costs if the goods are re-delivered. We will contact you on the return of the goods to us by the courier or postal service and we can either arrange re-delivery of the goods or you will have the option of cancelling your order and we will reimburse your credit/debit card, less delivery fees.
FREE UK returns:
1) There is no charge for returning your item(s).
2) We will organise a collection for you.

4) Please ensure that your Returns Authorisation number is written on the outside of the package being returned.

6) Please ensure that any dust bags, cover slips, leather tags, certificates, authenticity cards (etc) are returned with the item(s).
7) Please leave packaging open until the driver has checked contents.
8) Once we have received the item(s) in pristine original condition we will refund the full amount to your credit/debit card.
9) Please note that we will NOT be liable to make a refund if item(s) are returned to us worn, damaged or broken.
Overseas returns:

7) Once we have received the item(s) in pristine original condition we will refund the full amount to your credit/debit card.
8) Please note that we will NOT be liable to make a refund if item(s) are returned to us worn, damaged or worn.
N.B.Footwear: All footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface before wear, to ensure exchange/refund possible. Lingerie and Swimwear: Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear and without removing the protective adhesive strip. Returns will not be accepted if this strip has been removed or if items are soiled.

6. Liability.
6.1 You will become the owner of the goods ordered when they have been dispatched to you. If the goods are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an unacceptable quality please contact us as soon as possible.
6.2 Other than special orders, if you do not receive the goods you ordered within 2 working days within the UK or 5 working days within the EU from the date on which you place your order, we shall hold no liability for the goods unless you notify us by email, fax or telephone of the problem within 7 of days from the date of your order. If you notify us of a problem under this paragraph, we will either :
6.2.1 to make good any shortage or non-delivery; or
6.2.2 to replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
6.2.3 to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
6.3 Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify us of under this paragraph and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question under paragraph 6.2.3 above.

Accessing the website from territories where its contents are illegal or unlawful is prohibited. If you choose to access this site from outside the UK, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws. A: There is no need to login or sign in. When you make a purchase at a participating merchant and enter your registered MasterCard payment details, you will automatically be prompted by your financial institution to enter your SecureCode. After reviewing the details of your purchase and confirming that your Personal Greeting is correct, simply type in your SecureCode to complete your purchase.
Q: What are the Secret Question and Answer?
A: If you forget your SecureCode when making an online purchase, you will be supplied with your Secret Question. If you then supply the correct Answer, your purchase will be completed.
