Gift-library.com is the creation of London-based style consultant, Caroline Stanbury. The website is an online luxury shop including Women, Men, Baby, Home, Beauty and Indulgence. In one effortless process, visiting clientele can choose from the latest high-end, niche gifts, which are then beautifully wrapped so that they arrive ready for the lucky recipient.

Caroline Stanbury is finely attuned to her client’s tastes and requirements. Over a decade of experience working as a personal style consultant in the US and UK places her perfectly for this new role. Ten years ago, she founded her consultancy firm Style-Me which has successfully generated a long list of international contacts and devoted shoppers. An authority on everything fabulous, adept at balancing the demands of wife, mother and young professional, she knows that very few people have the spare time with which to shop around for the ideal gift.

She has made gift-library.com a unique personal shopping experience, where luxury and diversity are combined with the ease and efficiencies of internet navigation. Caroline’s insider knowledge on high-quality boutiques around the world enable the visitors to have access to exclusive products and offerings, so they can be rest assured their gift will be a cut above the rest. Her close relationship with the brands has also resulted in several of them wanting to create bespoke gifts just for gift-library.com.

A constantly updated reference point for shoppers, Caroline will select her personal choices each month bringing you the best buys from her travels all over the world. In addition Caroline has recruited close friend and another doyenne of all things luxury, Tamara Beckwith, to come on board as Consultant Editor. For orders over £500 delivery is free of charge on a standard delivery.

EUROPEAN DELIVERIES

UK returns:
- Call 020-7731-6645 or 0844-967-0677 or email returns@gift-library.com within 7 days after the date of receiving the goods and request a ‘Returns Authorisation number’.

- Your ‘Returns Authorisation number’ should be written on the outside of the package being returned.

- Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the full amount to your credit/debit card, however, we will not be liable to make a refund if the items are returned to us broken or damaged. Please note Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Overseas returns:
- Call +44 (0)20-7731-6645 or email returns@gift-library.com within 7 days after the date of receiving the goods and request a ‘Returns Authorisation number’.

- You will be issued with a FedEx telephone and account number so you can arrange a collection for the return of your goods. Please ensure that you write your returns authorisation number clearly on the FedEx paperwork provided.

- Once we have received the item(s) we will refund the full amount to your credit/debit card, however, we will not be liable to make a refund if the items are returned to us broken or damaged. Please note Delivery Charges will not be refunded.

Payment transaction security
All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Gift Wrapping

We offer gift wrapping in our beautifully presented boxes at a standard cost of £5. However, if the luxury gift is a self purchase and you do not require gift wrapping please tick the link upon checkout and you will not be charged.

Anyone who enjoys some luxury in their life would be delighted to receive a Gift-library gift voucher enabling them the chance to choose from our wide range of exquisite gifts. Whatever the occasion, we have a gift that would be suitable for everyone.
Each voucher comes beautifully presented which can be sent by post to you or your gift recipient.
Purchasing gift vouchers:
Please go to our gift vouchers section in Shops. You can buy in the following denominations £50, £100, £150, £250, £500 and £1000 and you are able to purchase any multiples of these.

Redeeming your gift voucher:
Once you have chosen the items you wish to purchase, please enter your gift voucher number on the shopping basket page. Please note that your purchase will need to be equal to or higher than the value of your gift voucher. No refunds can be given for any purchase made that are below the value of your gift voucher.
