These precious items can be remade at any time, now or
in the future because, for most orders, we supply you with
a complimentary set of sturdy plaster models which we call
“insurance” plasters, from which we can remake the
original pieces. These plaster pieces are made as part of
the meticulous process of all orders for gold, silver, bronze,
glass & resin and are the working models that are vital to
our unique quality control system. Your peace of mind is
guaranteed.

- For larger or more complicated pieces, we can email you
photographs of the piece at plaster stage. It means you are
fully informed and involved in the creative process.
